Dec 2025 – TAHS was awarded $500 for the reprinting of the “Tomahawk Time Travelers” activity booklet. The booklet is an educational tool that engages readers of all ages with a variety of riddles and puzzles centered on Tomahawk’s history. Skillfully written and illustrated by a local artist and author, this booklet follows four central characters who travel through time and learn about pivotal events related to Tomahawk’s history and enlightening facts about Tomahawk’s present day. The initial printing of these booklets was funded by the STAR Foundation!
Having the ability to continue offering these booklets will undoubtedly help to teach young audiences about Tomahawk’s history and provide families with an interactive way to learn about Tomahawk’s history together, thereby increasing museum attendance.
